Services we install in New Braunfels

Residential Floors

Garage floors. Flake and quartz broadcast systems built on an epoxy base with a polyaspartic topcoat. They hold up to hot tires, oil, and road grime, and they clean up with a hose.

Patios and pool decks. Quartz systems give outdoor concrete a textured, slip-resistant finish, and the UV-stable topcoat won’t yellow in the Texas sun. Ideal for river and lake homes around New Braunfels and Canyon Lake.

Polished and stained concrete. Ground, densified, and polished slabs for living spaces, shops, and barndominiums, or acid and water-based staining for color without a coating.

Commercial & Industrial Floors

Commercial coatings. Durable epoxy and polyaspartic systems for retail, offices, warehouses, showrooms, and shops along the I-35 corridor.

Food-plant floors. Seamless, non-porous floors built for washdowns, chemical exposure, and heavy traffic, with the texture and coving food processors need.

Polished concrete. A low-maintenance option for large open floor space where you want durability without a coating to maintain.

Why New Braunfels slabs need proper prep

A coating is only as good as the slab under it. New Braunfels gives you a few reasons to get the prep right.

  • Clay on one side, limestone on the other. New Braunfels sits on the Balcones Escarpment, where the Hill Country meets the Blackland Prairie. Much of the prairie side is clay that swells when wet and shrinks when dry, and that movement can crack a slab. On the Hill Country side, limestone and caliche sit close to the surface. Either way, we repair cracks before we coat. If you skip that step, the cracks show back through.

  • Water and humidity. The Comal and Guadalupe rivers both run through town, and Gulf moisture keeps summers humid. Concrete sits on the ground and can pull moisture up from it. Vapor pushing up under a coating causes bubbles and peeling. That’s why we test before we quote.

  • Heat and sun. A closed garage in a Texas summer gets hot, and hot tires are hard on a weak topcoat. Sun through an open door can yellow some epoxies, so we pick the topcoat with that in mind.

  • Washdown in food plants. Meat and food plants wash floors down with hot water and cleaning chemicals, often every shift. Bare concrete soaks that up and wears away, especially around drains. A plant floor has to handle the water, the heat swings, and the chemicals, and it has to stay cleanable.

No shortcuts. Proper prep. We grind every slab so the coating has something to bond to. Cleaning alone doesn’t do that.

Recent New Braunfels job: garage gym floor in Vintage Oaks

We coated a garage that doubles as a home gym in Vintage Oaks in New Braunfels in April 2026.

  • What we started with. A bare slab with stains and marks where gym mats had been, plus gym gear mounted on the walls.

  • Grinding with dust collection. We ground the slab with a dust collector running so the coating had something to bond to.

  • Base coat. A gray base coat went down, taped off clean at the walls.

  • Full flake broadcast. Multicolor flake broadcast across the whole floor, then sealed.

Recent New Braunfels job: meat plant floor

In late August 2026 we repaired and coated part of the floor at a New Braunfels meat plant. The gray floor in these photos is our work. The red-brown floor around it was already there and isn't ours.

  • What we started with. The concrete was worn down to the aggregate in spots, with old patches and floor drains in the work area.

  • Diamond grinding and repair. We diamond ground the slab and did extensive repair before any coating went down.

  • Epoxy with a high-wear urethane topcoat. A gray epoxy system with a textured finish, sealed with a high-wear urethane topcoat.

  • Clean edge at the existing floor. Our gray floor stops at a clean edge where it meets the existing red-brown floor.

  • Taped off to cure. The area stayed taped off until the floor had cured.

Our process

  1. Free onsite consult. We look at the slab, the cracks, the drains and how you use the space.

  2. Moisture test, then the quote. You get a price based on your slab, not a guess.

  3. Grind and prep. We grind the concrete to open it up and take off contamination and weak surface material.

  4. Repair cracks and damaged concrete. Cracks, spalls and worn spots get fixed before any coating goes down.

  5. Coat and cure. Base coat, then flake, quartz or texture, then the topcoat. For businesses, we plan the work around your schedule.

  6. Return to service. We tell you when it's ready to walk on, park on or wash down before we leave.
