Epoxy Flooring Systems we install in Boerne
For Homes
-
Garage floor epoxy and flake. A full broadcast of Torginol flakes, locked in with a durable topcoat. Textured for grip, tough against hot tires and spills, and easy to clean.
-
Metallic epoxy. A marbled, high-gloss finish that’s unique to every floor. Each one gets the same thorough surface prep as our other systems.
-
Quartz for patios and pool decks. Colored quartz broadcast into the coating creates a textured, slip-resistant surface built for outdoor living.
-
Polished concrete. Your existing slab is ground and polished to a clean, lasting shine. There’s no coating, so there’s nothing to peel.
See finished floors on our residential work page.
For Businesses

Urethane cement for restaurants and commercial kitchens. Stands up to hot washdowns, grease, and constant foot traffic.
-
Warehouse and industrial floors. Coatings built for forklifts, heavy loads, and daily wear.

Why Prep matters in BoerneÂ
A coating is only as good as the slab beneath it, and Hill Country slabs come with their own challenges. Here’s what we account for on every job:
-
Limestone and clay soil. Much of the Hill Country sits on limestone with expansive clay. Clay swells when wet and shrinks when dry, and that movement can crack a slab. We repair cracks before coating, because if they’re skipped they can telegraph right back through the new floor.
-
Slab moisture. Concrete can draw moisture up from the ground beneath it. When that vapor pushes against a coating, it causes bubbling and peeling. That’s why we moisture-test every slab before we quote.
-
Heat and sun. Texas summers are brutal, and a closed garage gets even hotter. Hot tires can lift a weak topcoat, and UV through an open door can yellow some epoxies over time. We choose topcoats built to handle both.
-
Hard water. Much of the Hill Country has hard water, so drips and car-wash runoff leave mineral spots on bare concrete. A sealed, coated floor wipes clean.
No shortcuts, just proper prep. We diamond-grind every slab to open the surface so the coating can bond to it mechanically. Cleaning alone can’t do that, and it’s the step that separates a floor that lasts from one that peels.
Recent Epoxy Flooring Job in Boerne: Garage Floor on Rodalyn Drive
We coated a garage floor on Rodalyn Drive in Boerne in February 2026.
-
Crack repair. This slab had a lot of cracks. We did extensive crack repair before any coating went down.
-
Moisture vapor barrier. We test every slab for moisture before we quote. This garage got a moisture vapor barrier (MVB) as part of the system. An MVB is built to hold back moisture coming up through the slab, the thing that makes coatings bubble and peel.
-
Full flake broadcast. Flake broadcast across the whole floor, then sealed.

Our process
-
Free on-site consultation. We come out and look at your slab, any cracks, and how you use the space, so we can recommend the right system.
-
Moisture test, then your quote. We test the slab before we price anything. You get a quote based on your actual concrete, not a guess.
-
Grind and prep. We diamond-grind the concrete to open the surface and remove contaminants and weak top layers, giving the coating a solid base to bond to.
-
Crack and surface repair. Cracks, chips, and damaged spots are repaired before any coating goes down.
-
Coat and cure. We apply the base coat, then your flake, quartz, or metallic layer, then a protective topcoat. Before we leave, we’ll tell you exactly when the floor is ready for foot traffic and when it’s ready for vehicles.

Boerne epoxy flooring FAQ
How much does an epoxy garage floor cost in Boerne?
It depends on the slab. Garage size, slab condition, crack repair, moisture readings and the system you pick (flake or metallic) all move the price. We quote after we've seen the slab. We come out, test it for moisture, look at the cracks and give you an estimate. The onsite consult is free.
How long does a garage floor coating take?
Most of the work is prep: grinding, crack repair and cleaning. Then the coats go down, and each one needs time to cure. Garage size, slab condition and weather set the schedule. We give you the timeline for your garage at the consult, before any work starts.
When can I park on it, and does Texas heat matter?
Heat matters. It shortens working time and speeds up cure, so the install has to be planned around it. A floor can feel dry before it's ready for hot tires. Cure time depends on the system, the temperature and the slab. We tell you when you can walk on it and when you can park on it before we leave the job.
Do I need HOA approval for a garage floor coating?
Check your HOA rules first. A coating inside the garage often isn't covered, but some HOAs set rules for contractor parking, work hours or anything visible from the street. If yours needs a form, tell us at the consult and we'll give you the scope and product details for it.
Do you test for moisture before you quote?
Yes. Every slab gets a moisture test before we quote. Moisture coming up through concrete is a common reason coatings bubble and peel. If the reading is high, the system has to account for it. We'd rather find that out before we give you a price than after the floor fails.
